Each year we collect hundreds of unwanted bicycles and spend the winter refurbishing them so they can find their new owners. Although the bikes are donated to us, it is not free for us to tune them all up and completely refurbish them to their like new condition. It requires thousands of hours of our professional mechanics' time as well as the time of many dedicated volunteers.

Bikes are vehicles and they must be safe to ride. This means lots of purchased parts, professionally serviced bikes, and all of the overhead needed to provide the space to store them and do this work.

The cost for us to give away the full bicycle package to one individual is $135. Can you sponsor someone receiving their new wheels in 2024?

We give away a full bicycle package which includes the following:

• 1,000 Headlight & Taillights - $5,000
• 1,000 Bike Locks - $20,000
• 2,000 Helmets - $20,000

1 Full bicycle package costs $135 x 2,000 packages distributed = $270,000
